One thing I always hear about my café and see written by customers online is that stepping into my café is like stepping into a magical kingdom. When building my business, I wanted it to achieve and base my business around a few main things, which are:
1) High quality service and products
2) A family friendly environment
3) High value for money
4) The interior
For me the interior was really important because I wanted every child to feel like they were actually in the Disney characters world and not just in a place with decoration. Everywhere you turned I just wanted it to scream magical and fairy-tale like. To make every child happy, I didn’t want to just focus on princesses for girls and not really include the boys. To achieve this I’ve included a range of characters and themes to suit both boys and girls.
Also, I’ve discovered that parents/guardians don’t always have the ability to spend loads of money on families days out, so I wanted to make it cheap, but not too cheap so then everyone has the chance to afford it. Quality is very important, quality and of service and products is the key factor to if a customers will come again or not and recommend to others.
